On performance evenings
our priority is to sell tickets for the evening's performance but you can book tickets for other nights of the current film or show. Booking requests for other dates can be left at the box office. Please ask for our special booking envelope. You may also telephone 01491 825000
On non-performance evenings
we welcome telephone calls or personal callers between 7.00 pm and 8.00 pm. Please ring 01491 825000
Postal Bookings
To be sure we can process your request we need to receive postal bookings no later than Friday or Saturday before the film run starts. Your are advised to book as early as possible as popular films and theatre shows sell out well in advance. Please send your remittance, s.a.e. for the return of tickets and a telephone number so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your booking request. (If we think your tickets will not reach you in time by post we will hold them at the box office for collection on the night.)
Tickets reserved by telephone may be collected whenever the Box Office is open but we ask that, particularly for shows booked well in advance that you send your remittance into the Box Office within the week. Please collect them no later than 15 minutes before the starting time of the performance to avoid congestion at the box office. For heavily booked shows the management reserve the right to re-sell tickets not collected before the deadline. If you are delayed en-route please try to contact the Box Office.
When you collect your tickets you can pay for them by cash, cheque or credit card. As all 'plastic' cards incur us in additional expense we now make a charge for all card transactions.
Transactions of more than £10.00 will be charged an additional £1.00 . Transactions of £10.00 or less will be charged 50 p.
