NEW COMPUTERISED BOOKING SYSTEM NOW IN OPERATION 

You can book in advance for all advertised theatre and cinema shows.

There are 4 ways to book:

1.  In person at the box office with payment by cash, cheque or card

The box office is open every evening from 7 pm to 8 pm 

and on Friday & Saturday mornings from 10 am to 1 pm

We do not charge a card fee for face-to-face transactions

2. On Line with payment by card

There is an on-line booking fee of 50p per ticket up to a max of £2  

PLEASE NOTE: Online booking for a performance closes 30 minutes before

the advertised start time.

3. By telephone with payment by card

The box office is open every evening from 7 pm to 8 pm 

and on Friday & Saturday mornings from 10 am to 1 pm

If you telephone on performance nights you may experience a delay 

as we must give priority to patrons arriving for the evening's show.   

(Cinema shows start at 7.30 pm; Theatre shows generally start at 7.45pm). 

We suggest you telephone after these times. The box office will be open

until 8 pm.

We can no longer ‘reserve’ tickets awaiting receipt of payment. 

There is a £1 handling fee for telephone bookings

4. By postal application with full remittance

We can no longer ‘reserve’ tickets awaiting receipt of payment. 

To be sure we can process your request we need to receive postal bookings no later than Friday or Saturday 

before the show or film run starts. Your are advised to book as early as possible as popular films and theatre 

shows sell out well in advance. 

Please enclose your remittance and a stamped, self-addressed envelope for the return of tickets; 

otherwise the tickets will be held for collection on the night. Please included your telephone number in case 

we need to contact you about your booking request.

Please collect  tickets no later than 15 minutes before the starting time of the performance 

to avoid congestion at the box office. To collect tickets booked on the telephone or on line 

you will need to bring the card with which you paid for the tickets with you.
