Click here to download the Audition Material from Crescendo music.

Please download the MP3 example and sheet music (PDF) for each character in addition to the two company (“Everyone”) numbers. Children only need to prepare the children’s songs (sections given) and one company number, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

For any other roles, including ensemble, please just prepare the two company numbers, entitled “Everyone” (Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious / Chitty Chitty Bang Bang)

A synopsis of each show, and brief character descriptions can also be downloaded.

Please Note: These are ‘open auditions’ – arrive at a time convenient to you. Auditions will take 5-10 mins each. At busy times there may be a short wait. Come with the correct audition piece prepared and please remember to bring your printed music with you! The songs must be performed (and therefore auditioned) in the keys given. Vocal ranges are shown in the character descriptions.

Depending on the part you’re auditioning for, you may be asked to read a short section of dialogue and/or learn a few dance steps.

Good luck, and we look forward to seeing you at the Corn Exchange!
