This is an opportunity for amateur drama groups to compete in an adjudicated competition for a variety of awards: Best Overall Production, The Commended Award, Best Junior Production, The Harris & Jones Salver, The Susan North Memorial Trophy and The Punters’ Prize, which is a ‘people’s choice’ award voted for by members of the audience who have purchased a ticket for each evening. Lynda Atkins, former Mayor of Wallingford, will be awarding prizes on Friday night.

In addition to an entertaining evening of diverse drama from both youth and adult drama groups, it’s a great way to learn about all aspects of stagecraft from the adjudicator’s comments. This year’s adjudicator is GoDA member Colin Dolley.
