Dame Beatrice has taken in a disparate group of lodgers; Hattie who has trouble sharing space, Nan a force to be reckoned with and the Brigadier who sets the schedule for the house endlessly ruffling feathers. Imagine the dismay of her ex con maid Lily? Then add in frequent visitor Lady Alice who loves to gamble…
