Maria Callas, the world’s greatest opera singer, lives the last days of her life in 1970s Paris, as she confronts her identity and life. This  biographical psychological drama received mostly favourable reviews, highlighting Jolie’s emotional register. It is widely reported that Jolie had extensive voice training, and her singing is interwoven with that of Callas.
