You can book in advance for all shows.

The box office is open every evening from 7 pm to 8 pm and on Friday & Saturday mornings from 10 am to 2 pm.

Please collect tickets no later than 15 minutes before the start time of the performance to avoid congestion at the box office. To collect tickets booked on the telephone or on line please bring the card you used to book the tickets and/or the reference number you were given at the time of booking.

THERE ARE 4 WAYS TO BOOK:

1. On Line

There is an on-line booking fee of 50p per ticket up to a max of £2. PLEASE NOTE: Online booking for a performance closes 30 minutes before the advertised start time.

2. In person at the box office during our opening hours

We do not charge a card fee for face-to-face transactions.


3. By telephone

Our telephone number is 01491 825000. If you telephone on performance nights you may experience a delay as we must give priority to patrons arriving for the evening’s show.

There is a £1 handling fee for telephone bookings.


4. By postal application

Please enclose your remittance and a stamped, self-addressed envelope for the return of tickets, otherwise the tickets will be held for collection on the night. Please include your telephone number in case we need to contact you about your booking request.  To ensure we can process your request we need to receive postal bookings no later than Friday or Saturday before the show or film run starts. You are advised to book as early as possible as popular films and theatre shows sell out well in advance.

BOX OFFICE HOURS

Box Office opening hours are: Fridays and Saturdays: 10am — 2pm. Every evening 7pm — 8pm.
On occasion the Box Office is closed for maintenance and improvement work. On-line booking facilities will continue to operate during such times. However, we reserve the right not to open the Box Office during such periods. We make every reasonable effort to advertise such closures in advance of, and during, any periods of closure.
