Joe Wright directs this reboot of the Peter Pan story, which tells of an orphan who is spirited away to the magical Neverland and, with the warrior Tiger Lily (Rooney Mara) and a new friend named James Hook (Garrett Hedlund), finds he must defeat the ruthless pirate Blackbeard (Hugh Jackman).
